October is a Great Month for Knitting

Our monthly meeting will be on Tuesday, October 2nd. We will be working on a lace pattern for our charity knitting and learning how to read charts. Bring your washable worsted weight yarn and some appropriate needles and questions!

As always, we'll have our show and tell to start things off so don't forget to bring your latest project to show off!

Next on the calendar of events is Saturday, October 13th. As you know we will be having a Sit and Knit at the Levine Museum of the New South for the Charlotte Folk Society's 25th Anniversary from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. If you have not signed up for a time slot yet you can do so on tuesday.

Also on Saturday, October 13th, The Yarn Shop at Rainy Day Creations is sponsoring a "Charity Knitting Convergence" a coming-together of knitters and the organizations that need their skills! Please visit their website for more information.

Happy Knitting!
